Itinerary

November 28:  Today we meet at the Salt Lake Airport for our flight to Tulsa.  Our comfortable motor coach awaits.  We’ll be on the same coach with the same driver for the six days we are in Branson and the tour is directed by experts that know Branson inside and out.  On the drive into Branson, your director will share interesting and educational information as we prepare for a fun week together.  Dinner is included at the entertaining “Lambert’s Café” as we make our way into the beautiful Ozarks.  We’ll stay at the Holiday Inn Express or Comfort Suites Thousand Hills (both excellent hotels). D

November 29:  There are over 80 shows in Branson at Christmastime (they are not all worth seeing).  We have been going to Branson for 28 years so we know how to maximize your time and overall experience in this very unique place.  Our first show is with Doug Gabriel. You may not have heard of him – but you’ll see why he has been here for over 25 years.  After lunch, we’ll see the Texas Tenors who have become very popular in Branson- now in their 11th year in the Ozarks. After a rest at the hotel, we’ll have nice dinner at the Dockside Cafe followed by the popular Hughes Brothers featuring a big show with big energy, big talent and a BIG family (and very personable).   B, D

November 30: We’ll start with a high energy show performed by the Irish Tenors & Celtic Ladies. You will then have a choice:  If weather permits, you can spend the afternoon/early evening at Silver Dollar City which is lit with MILLIONS of lights and has a Christmas ambiance unrivaled in the country (not hyperbole). OR, you can choose another show instead (we’ll provide the options and you can choose).   Dinner is at the Grand Country Buffet followed by  an 8:00 show with the talented Presley Country Jubilee.  The Presley Family (no relation to Elvis) has been performing in Branson since 1963 and they are consistently EXCELLENT.  B, D  Note: Silver Dollar City is NOT included int the price of the tour.

December 1:  This morning we’ll see an interesting IMAX film that shows us the history of the area in a moving Keith Merrill production followed by lunch in Old Town. We will then see the energetic and very popular Clay Cooper performing a variety of music styles in his own theater. After a rest at the hotel, we’ll be in the Dutton Family Theater to see The Duttons who have become one of the most popular shows in town. You’ll enjoy their hospitality and talent. This is a family from Utah that sold everything 25 years ago and moved to Branson. You’ll feel of their sincerity as they perform.

December 2:  We have an opportunity for an added treat this morning. The popular Brett Family retired last year from after 28 years on stage in Branson. We are close friends with the Bretts and they are going to do a show EXCLUSIVELY for our group. It is optional, but we HIGHLY recommend it. After their 90 minute show, we’ll show you areound the area. Branson is about much more than just shows. Scenery is lovely (in the Ozark Mountains), history is interesting and their way of life is interesting to explore. In the late afternoon, we’ll enjoy an early dinner and entertainment aboard the Showboat Branson Belle as it sails on Table Rock Lake.   This continues to be one of the best activities in Branson that everyone loves.  The food, talent level, variety of entertainment and holiday atmosphere are exceptional. we’ll have dinner at The Dockside Restaurant followed by our highly anticipated show at Sight and Sound Theater.  It’s called Queen Esther and it’s an original musical production on Branson’s biggest and most impressive stage.   It is HANDS DOWN the number 1 show in town, and you won’t believe what they do with the special effects.  B, D

December 3:  Today we return to the airport for our flights back to Salt Lake arriving in the afternoon.  You will have enjoyed 10 GREAT SHOWS, eaten some delicious meals, seen the beauty of the area, learned the interesting history of Branson, and you’ll have several new friends.  B

There are certain shows that are on ALL of our schedules to Branson because they are simply the best shows and we don’t want you to miss them. There are also some that we vary from one to the next to add variety, give choice and enjoy other excellent shows.

Tour price includes all transportation, lodging, 10 meals, 10 shows and is fully escorted by directors that have been to Branson many times.  The only thing you will pay in addition to the tour price is lunch each day and souvenirs.  Note that flights directly into the Branson Airport were discontinued as of October, 2014 which is why we are flying to Kansas City or Tulsa. The interesting drive down gives us a chance to get acquainted and enjoy the interesting scenery.

Please Note

Registration Information:

To make a reservation, simply fill out the attached reservation form and send it to us with a deposit of $300 per person.  When we receive your deposit, we will mail you a receipt confirming that you are registered for the tour.  A letter with instructions, hotel itinerary flight information (if applicable) and luggage tags will be sent roughly 60 days prior to departure at which time the balance will be due.  You do not need to pay the balance until after you receive that packet.  We require final payments in the form of a check.  If that is not possible, arrangements can be made to use a credit card.  Webb Tours accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. A 2% fee applies to final payments made by credit card.

Cancellation Penalties

We understand that you may need to cancel your trip for whatever reason.  If it is 120 days or more before departure, all money will be refunded.  If airline tickets are purchased prior to that time (with your permission), they become the property of the traveler and are not refundable.  All other funds will be returned if cancellation occurs outside of 120 days.  If it is within 120 days, we will charge you only what Webb Tours cannot recover.  In some cases, we can recover all of it.  In others, we cannot.  Cruise lines, airlines, hotels and other service providers require funds in advance and have their own rules about what will be refunded once paid.  We must follow their guidelines.  For airlines, specifically, tickets are generally non refundable when purchased.  However, most airlines will allow the value of the canceled tickets to be reused for future travel, though a penalty may be assessed to reuse the tickets.  If you have to cancel, Webb Tours will work with other providers to obtain as much refund as possible for our travelers.  Our travelers know us to be very fair in this regard.

Cancellation Insurance:

Cancellation insurance is also available should you be interested.  The insurance provider that we us is Travelex Insurance.  You can learn about them at www.travelexinsurance.com.  With this insurance, most of your money will be returned to you in case you have to cancel for covered reasons (illness or death of an immediate family member) at the last minute.  The price for the insurance varies based on the price of the trip and the age of the participant (at the time the insurance is purchased).

If you are interested in the insurance, you can purchase it through Webb Tours at any time. The insurance goes into effect once purchased.  If you have any pre-existing conditions, it is best to purchase the insurance within 14 days of making your initial deposit as that will cover an illness that may result from a pre-existing condition. If you don’t have pre-existing conditions, you can purchase the insurance any time between now and the time you make your final payment.  Insurance cannot be purchased after your final payment is made.  Webb Tours is not the insurer and acts as agent for Travelex.  To activate your insurance, we need your premium and your birth date.  Insurance also includes the following items:

  • Trip interruption up to 150% of the cost of the trip (if you have to leave in the middle of the trip)
  • 100% of insured trip cost (up to $50,000)
  • Trip delay: $2,000 (minimum delay of 5 hours)
  • Missed Connection: $750 (with a minimum delay of 3 hours)
  • Baggage & Personal Effects (for lost luggage): $1,000
