Webb Tours has taken many groups to Europe.  In my opinion, Norway is the most beautiful country in Europe.  The combination of mountains, fjords, ocean, countryside and waterfalls makes it a stunning place to see.  Because of that, it is also the most expensive country in Europe, WHICH IS WHY A CRUISE IS THE BEST WAY TO SEE IT.  No hotel rooms or meals to pay for while on land – but still being able to enjoy the incredible scenery.  Wonderful excursions are available at each port.

July 8 and 9, 2026:  Today we board our flight to London, England.  We will arrive in London  the following morning and we’ll be met by our local guide. It’s important to stay awake and we’ll do so with an interesting tour of London showing us the highlights of this incredible city with time for lunch along the way. This afternoon, we will transfer out to the Oxford area and check into our hotel. It is wonderful to be in England! We’ll stay at the Hampton Inn Oxford for two nights. Dinner is included near the hotel this evening. D

July 10:  Welcome to the famous Midlands of England. This is England as you picture it – the the endless green, rolling hills, quaint towns, interesting history and so much more. This morning we will have a guided tour of Blenheim Palace where Winston Churchill was born. The grounds are stunning and the stately mansion is definitely worth seeing. Winston and his wife, Clementine, are burried in a touching family cemetery. We will go into nearby Oxford where you can get some lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll be joined by an excellent guide who will show us around the university and the town on a really interesting tour. You’ll then have a bit of free time in Oxford. You can shop, go “punting” on the river, or get a treat at the bakery. We stay at the Hampton inn again this evening.  B

July 11: This morning we’ll explore this part of England which boasts some of the most beautiful countryside and charming towns in Europe. This is the fabled Cotswolds. We’ll show you some of our favorites including Bourton on the Water, Broadway and more.   We will then transfer to the ship which sails at 5:30 this evening. Breakfast included at hotel and Dinner included on the ship. B and cruise ship meals

July 12:  At sea today making our way to Norway.

July 13: Port of Call in Stavanger, Norway:  Perched on Norway’s dramatic western coast, Stavenger is a city full of historic architecture, quaint cafes and ocean views. We’ll spend a little time in Gamle Stavanger, the picturesque old town, where we find well-preserved wooden buildings dating back to the 18th century painted in unique pastel hues. Our private excursion today includes a 3 hour boat excursion down the fabulous Lysefjord – showcasing that scenery for which Norway is famous. 

Note: In each port, Webb Tours will offer a private excursion for a price that is much lower than what the ship offers and with better quality. You’ll have the chance to join our excursions or book a diffeerent one through the ship. Shore Excursions are not included in the tour price. 

July 14:  Port of Call in Olden, Norway:  This is one of my favorite places in Norway and very few cruise ships can stop because it is very small and charming.  Olden has a population of just 505 and is home to some of Norway’s most breathtaking glaciers. Our excursion will take us to Briksdal Glacier where you can walk up to the glacier viewpoint (and even onto the glacier) or go in a vehicle that will take you most of the way. It’s refreshing to feel the spray of the waterfalls as you make your way up. The views are truly out of this world. Back in town, you can see the picturesque church, do some shopping or just sit and take in the views.   

July 15:  Port of Call in Skjolden, Norway:  Skjolden is a picturesque village in Vestland County, Western Norway. It’s located at the head of the Sognefjorden, the longest navigable fjord in the world. On our private excursion, we take a leisurely three-hour scenic tour across the road through Sognefjellet National Park with plenty of photo stops along the way. Rising over 4,700 feet, this mountain pass is Northern Europe’s highest and boasts some stunning views of the impressive Jotunheimen Mountains. Aptly named ‘Home of the Giants,‘ they’re home to some of the highest mountains in Europe north of the Alps; in fact, there are 24  peaks that soar 6,560 feet above sea level.  We’ll make a stop at the alpine resort of Sognefjellshytta for a refreshment (maybe try some Norwegian waffles).  On our return trip to port, our motorcoach will stop at a number of dazzling viewpoints so you can stretch your legs and get some memorable photos of cascading waterfalls, notable monuments, and historic sites. After our private excursion, you will have some additional time in town. 

July 16: Port of Call in Bergen: Welcome to this bustling waterftont town in the heart of western Norway.  On our private excursion, we’ll take a funicular to the top of the mountain to take in the view of the surrounding mountains and the sea. We will then board a catamaran for a cruise to Mostraumen – a lovely fjord in this part of Norway. You’ll then have time on your own to enjoy Bergen as you wish. 

July 17: At sea today.

July 18:  Ship arrives in Southampton today at 7:00 AM.  We will transfer to the airport for our flight home, arriving on the evening of the same day (July 18).

*Note: As with any cruise, shore excursions are optional and not included in the price. You are free to join us on our excursions or choose from what the ship has to offer. Pricing for our private excursions will be available in the fall of 2025.

Registration Information:

A $400 deposit is required to reserve your space. To make a reservation, simply register online by completing the booking form above. Your deposit will be charged to your credit card. If you prefer, you can call us and we will take your reservation information and credit card details over the phone.  When we receive your reservation, we will email you a receipt confirming that you are registered for the tour.  A letter with instructions, hotel itinerary, flight information (if applicable) and luggage tags will be sent roughly 125 days prior to departure at which time the balance will be due.  You do not need to pay the balance until after you receive that package.  We prefer final payments in the form of a check.  Webb Tours also accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. A 2.5% fee applies to final payments made by credit card to cover a portion of the credit card company fees (which are now around 4%)

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that you may need to cancel your trip for unforeseen reasons.  If cancellation occurs 120 days or more before departure, all money will be refunded.  If airline tickets are purchased prior to that time (with your permission), they are the responsibility of the traveler. In most cases, airlines will allow the value of airline tickets to be used for future travel.  All other funds will be returned if cancellation occurs outside of 120 days.  If it is within 120 days, your deposit and other committed funds are non refundable.

Premium for this insurance depends on your age and trip cost and is priced as follows:

Unexpected flight cancellations or weather delays:  Webb Tours works diligently to cover all of the details associated with your travel. We make sure that all ground transportation, lodging, local tours, restaurants, specialists, etc, are in place and awaiting our arrival. We ensure that our directors are well prepared to provide you with an experience that exceeds your expectations.  One thing we do NOT control are the airlines. Significant problems can arise on a group tour due to canceled flights, weather delays or missed connections. In the case of a flight cancellation, Webb Tours will do all we can to work with the airline to move people to the next available flights. Any portion of the tour that is missed due to flight delays or cancellations is NOT the financial responsibility of Webb Tours. Refunds will not be given for hotels, ground transportation, activities or meals that are missed due to flight interruptions. This is another good reason to purchase the travel insruance which has a provision for missed connections (see Group Premier product flyer referenced above for details).  Your participation in the tour signifies that you understand and accept this policy.
