Webb Tours has hosted THOUSANDS of people to Branson over the past 29 years. We love the place, we love the people and we love the shows – and nobody can show you Branson like we can.
Space is limited to one bus on each tour.
Don’t wait too long—these fill up fast EVERY YEAR—and NOBODY in Utah has taken more people to Branson than we have. Join us for our 29th year of taking folks to the OZARKS!
And several other excellent shows and activities
Price of the tour does not include airfare. We estimate that airfare out of Salt Lake City will be about $350 per person. Air can be arranged from other cities as well. Air will be finalized six months prior to departure.
November 14: Today we meet at the Salt Lake Airport for our flight to Kansas City or Tulsa (TBA). Our luxury motor coach awaits. We’ll be on the same coach with the same driver for the six days we are in Branson and the tour is directed by experts that know Branson inside and out. On the drive into Branson, your director will share interesting and educational information as we prepare for a fun week together. Dinner is included at the entertaining “Lambert’s Café” as we make our way into the beautiful Ozarks. We’ll stay at the Holiday Inn Express or Comfort Suites Thousand Hills (both excellent hotels). D
November 15: There are over 100 shows in Branson at Christmastime. We have been going to Branson for 28 years so we know how to maximize your time and overall experience in this very unique place. We’ll start by showing you around the area this morning. You’ll get a feel for the beauty of the area and learn some of the interesting history. You’ll see right away that there is much to love about this place. This afternoon we’ll see our first show which is performed by the Texas Tenors who have become very popular in Branson. This will be there 10th year on stage in the Ozarks. After a rest, we’ll have nice dinner at the Dockside Restaurant followed the best country music show in town performed by Branson’s original entertainers (celebrating more than 60 years on stage in Branson): The Presley Family Jubilee. B, D
November 16: We’ll start this morning with a morning show performed by George Dyer who has one of the nicest tenor voices you’ll ever hear (and another favorite of our groups). After lunch, we’ll enjoy a change of pace with Yakov Smirnoff who is back in town and he is funnier than ever. Our groups have LOVED this show. It’s funny, it’s moving and it’s very unique. After a rest at the hotel, dinner is at the Grand Country Buffet followed by have an 8:00 show with The Dutton Family who sold everything and moved to Branson (from Utah) 25+ years ago and have become a household name. This is a very impressive family who owns their own theater in town and puts on an energetic and delightful Christmas show. B, D
November 17: This morning we’ll see an interesting IMAX film that shows us the history of the area in a moving Keith Merrill production followed by lunch in Old Town. After lunch, you’ll have a choice: If weather permits, you can choose to go to Silver Dollar City which is lit with millions of lights and is turned into an incredible Christmas village (price not included). OR you can enjoy an optional show (to be announced). Dinner is include either way. This evening, we’ll see the incredible “The Hughes Brothers” featuring a big show with big energy and big talent (and very personable). B, D
November 18: We begin our schedule today with a different kind of show: It’s called “All Hands on Deck” and it’s a nostalgic “radio show” (acted out on stage) from the 1940’s with great big band music and excellent talent. This afternoon, you’ll have some choices. You can go shopping, rest at the hotel or do your own thing. In the late afternoon, we’ll enjoy an early dinner and entertainment aboard the Showboat Branson Belle as it sails on Table Rock Lake. This continues to be one of the best activities in Branson that everyone loves. The food, talent level, variety of entertainment and holiday atmosphere are exceptional. We then enjoy our final show at the biggest theater in town. It’s called Queen Esther and it is performed at Sight and Sound – Branson’s biggest stage. This is the Biblical story brought to life with original Broadway style music, exceptional actors and special effects you won’t believe. It is the perfect way to end our tour. B, D
November 19: Today we return to the airport for our flights back to Salt Lake arriving in the early evening. You will have enjoyed some GREAT SHOWS, eaten some delicious meals, seen the beauty of the area, learned the interesting history of Branson, and you’ll have several new friends. B
Tour price includes all transportation, lodging, 10 meals, 10 shows and is fully escorted by directors that have been to Branson many times. The only thing you will pay in addition to the tour price is lunch each day and souvenirs. Note that flights directly into the Branson Airport were discontinued as of October, 2014 which is why we are flying to Kansas City or Tulsa. The interesting drive down gives us a chance to get acquainted and enjoy the interesting scenery.
Registration Information:
To make a reservation, simply fill out the attached reservation form and send it to us with a deposit of $300 per person. When we receive your deposit, we will mail you a receipt confirming that you are registered for the tour. A letter with instructions, hotel itinerary flight information (if applicable) and luggage tags will be sent roughly 60 days prior to departure at which time the balance will be due. You do not need to pay the balance until after you receive that packet. We require final payments in the form of a check. If that is not possible, arrangements can be made to use a credit card. Webb Tours accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. A 2% fee applies to final payments made by credit card.
Cancellation Penalties
We understand that you may need to cancel your trip for whatever reason. If it is 60 days or more before departure, all money will be refunded. If airline tickets are purchased prior to that time (with your permission), they become the property of the traveler and are not refundable. All other funds will be returned if cancellation occurs outside of 60 days. If it is within 60 days, we will charge you only what Webb Tours cannot recover. In some cases, we can recover all of it. In others, we cannot. Cruise lines, airlines, hotels and other service providers require funds in advance and have their own rules about what will be refunded once paid. We must follow their guidelines. For airlines, specifically, tickets are generally non refundable when purchased. However, most airlines will allow the value of the canceled tickets to be reused for future travel, though a penalty may be assessed to reuse the tickets. If you have to cancel, Webb Tours will work with other providers to obtain as much refund as possible for our travelers. Our travelers know us to be very fair in this regard.
Cancellation Insurance:
Cancellation insurance is also available should you be interested. The insurance provider that we us is Travelex Insurance. You can learn about them at www.travelexinsurance.com. With this insurance, most of your money will be returned to you in case you have to cancel for covered reasons (illness or death of an immediate family member) at the last minute. The price for the insurance varies based on the price of the trip and the age of the participant (at the time the insurance is purchased).
If you are interested in the insurance, you can purchase it through Webb Tours at any time. The insurance goes into effect once purchased. If you have any pre-existing conditions, it is best to purchase the insurance within 14 days of making your initial deposit as that will cover an illness that may result from a pre-existing condition. If you don’t have pre-existing conditions, you can purchase the insurance any time between now and the time you make your final payment. Insurance cannot be purchased after your final payment is made. Webb Tours is not the insurer and acts as agent for Travelex. To activate your insurance, we need your premium and your birth date.
